The Titan Trio is a result of constant reinvention, inspired by the changing of the seasons and climates across the globe. Our aim was to create a system that allowed horse owners to customise their rug based on their horses needs both in the field and in the stable. The Titan Trio Complete is technically advanced, has been laboratory tested and is proven in the field. This is the ultimate rugging system for your horse.

Designed to face the most challenging environments, Titan turnout rugs offer steadfast resilience and unfaltering protection. Expertly crafted from 1680 denier ballistic nylon, the outer turnout rug offers ultimate durability during turnout. 

Our advanced fabric technology incorporates two types of specialised membranes, alongside the Teflon coating applied to the outer fabric for stain resistance and moisture protection. Positioned just below the outer shell material, the unique breathable and waterproof membrane contains millions of precision-sized microscopic holes, allowing efficient airflow, while effectively repelling water droplets. Meanwhile, a second hydrophilic membrane, located deeper in the rug’s construction, expertly draws and disperses moisture from the horse’s coat, ensuring a dry and comfortable experience. This dual-membrane design enhances the rug’s waterproof capabilities, extending the rug’s lifetime and maintaining peak performance for years to come. 

Designed with meticulous attention to detail, the Titan Trio outer turnout rug is cut 2-4” in front of the wither allowing the neckline to fall comfortably in front of the shoulder. The Titan features a mid-height patented elasticated shoulder gusset, providing enhanced fit and freedom of movement in the field. Reflective strips at the front and rear of the rug increase visibility in low-light conditions. The strategically placed chest clip closures, surcingle bars, and hardware are expertly crafted from high-quality stainless steel for long-lasting functionality. 

Innovations abound with our deep-cut design, featuring a seamless rug that wraps snugly around the horse, held in place by low-cross surcingles. This thoughtfully engineered design ensures complete relief from pressure on the spine, prioritising comfort. You can experience worry-free rugging as we have mastered the art of self-righting rugs, allowing the horse to move freely without the rug slipping. 

Lengthened tail flaps, featuring waterproof and padded elements, provide sustained protection, resisting wind-lift. Including two patented interchangeable Snug-Fit neck covers (100g & 200g) with an elasticated poll which reduces wind-chill and provides a closer fit. 

With liner attachments at the ready, the outer lightweight turnout rug can be quickly adapted to suit your horse’s needs. The Titan Trio system includes three standard rug liners; 100g, 200g, and 350g, for you to attach and switch as required. These rug liners are attached to the outer rug by two Velcro wither attachments and clips to the rear of the rug, at the hind quarters. Each rug liner has individual Velcro chest closures to keep your horse warm and comfortable, with the liner correctly secured. The lining of both the 100g outer rug, and the included rig liners, made from an antibacterial and anti-static material enhances hygiene and comfort, promoting good coat health. 

When facing the harshest of weather conditions, trust in the Titan range of turnouts for ultimate durability and protection. As a final touch, this rug includes an essential clip-on PVC coated tail strap, protected by an easy-clean coating to preserve the tail strap’s durability over time. Our turnout rugs are self-righting and do not require leg straps, however, we include a pair of clip-on adjustable leg straps for those who like to use them.

Your Titan Trio has been carefully hand packaged in a complimentary, reusable zip-fastened storage bag to keep your tack room tidy when not in use and easy for carrying.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

• We ship all orders with tracking via Australia Post.
• You receive tracking details via email when you order is shipped.
• Australian orders under $150 are charged flat rate shipping of $14.95.
• Australian orders over $150 include free shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

• This is a pre-order item.
• Pre-orders ship to you within approximately 3 weeks.
• Pre-orders must be purchased in a seperate transaction and cannot be combined with in-stock items.
• We aim to ship all in-stock items between 1-2 business days from payment confirmation.
• Please note that this time frame may vary due to circumstances beyond our control such as Australian Public Holidays or COVID restrictions.
• You will receive tracking details when you order is shipped.
• Orders shipped within Victoria are usually delivered between 2 - 5 working days. For all other states please allow between 3 - 7 working days for metropolitan areas and up to 10 working days for regional areas.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

• All our stock (other than personalised brushes) is dispatched at our Melbourne warehouse.
• If the website says it's available, it's in Australia and ready to ship to you. We hate when you order something thinking that its local and then find it ships from overseas!

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

• Yes, we offer hassle free exchanges and returns on orders (other than custom products) provided that you return it within 14 days after receiving your order, the product and packaging is in its original condition and it was not a customised or clearance/sale item.
• Unfortunately we cannot accept change of mind returns on customised products unless there is a manufacturing fault so please ensure you enter all details correctly and triple check spelling before placing your order. If you have any questions we are always happy to help prior to you placing your order.
• Returns must be accompanied by your original order details and contact details. Please do not send or e-mail us credit card numbers or other sensitive information. We will contact you directly if clarification is required.
• We do not refund shipping charges or return postage.
