Shipping policy
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Active Equine deliver Australia wide as well as to most International locations.
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post or courier and your order can be delivered to PO Boxes. Some courier services do not deliver to a PO Box address and we will contact you if this affects your order.
We dispatch orders from our Geelong (VIC) and Perth (WA) locations. Some orders may ship from other locations, such as our engraving partners.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days, noting that we observe Victorian Public Holidays. During peak sales periods, including but not limited to Black Friday or Christmas, please allow 7-10 days for dispatch.
All orders received before 1pm are usually shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm AEST are shipped the following business day.
TRACKING ORDERS
All orders delivered within Australia are automatically provided with tracking details. If your order has not arrived please check with the delivery service or contact our customer service department for assistance with tracking at sales@activeequine.com.au
International orders are sent via DHL or Australia Post. This service also comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been shipped. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally
DELIVERY TIMES
We know how much you want to receive your orders quickly and our processes are designed to dispatch and ship orders to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is usually 2-7 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, the delivery service and public holidays.
Express Shipping is available on all orders within Australia for a flat fee of $39.95 for order values under $200 and $59.95 for orders of $200 and above..
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ORDERS SENT TO AN AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS
- Free delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $250*
- Orders under $250 are sent via Australia Post standard service and are charges a flat rate shipping fee of $19.95*
- Please note that orders to selected regional locations containing bulky items are subject to $99.00 shipping. While we don't like to add on additional shipping fees, this reflects only part of the shipping cost we incur to some locations (eg a winter rug to Western Australia can cost us up to $250 to ship)
- Express Shipping is available on all orders within Australia for a flat fee of $39.95 for order values under $250 and $49.95 for orders of $250 and above.
ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
- Active Equine ships internationally via Australia Post which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required, please contact customer service to discuss options.
- You must pay the Order Amount by credit card or Direct Deposit at the time of submitting the Order. Active Equine accepts Afterpay, Zippay, Paypal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
- Free postage over $250 is for orders sent to an Australian address only.
- Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Active Equine is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Only items purchased on the Active Equine website can be returned to activeequine.com.au for refund or exchange. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Should you make an error when ordering online, Active Equine will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
Please note that shipping is payable on exchanges. We will provide you with an invoice for exchange shipping (usually $19.95 unless express or international) which must be paid prior to your exchange being shipped.
We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care and consideration of safety. In the unlikely event your order arrives in a damaged state, please contact Active Equine immediately to discuss.
