Active Equine is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We collect some information automatically when you visit the Active Equine (AE) website, via third-party vendors such as Google Analytics. This information is not personal information and is collected for statistical purposes only. Active Equine will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Based on your communication opt in preferences, Active Equine may provide you with selected information and relevant topics in email communications including in our email newsletter. From time to time Active Equine may also contact you by telephone. Active Equine may also make signed up Active Equine Customers aware of additional products and services which form part of your relationship with Active Equine. Signed up Active Equine Customers may 'opt-out' of receiving emails at any time, by following the unsubscribe instructions in promotional emails.            .
